5. Packing: to protect the goods, we pack the goods at least three layers. The first layer is film, the second is carton or woven bag, the third is carton or plywood case.
6. After-sale service: we promise that if stainless steel product is damaged, we will replace free of charge. Q: Can I come to your factory before I make the order?
A: Yes, you are welcome to our factory(Foshan, Guangdong). If you like, we would like to pick you up.

A: Around 20 days for production. Delivery time varies from 15 to 40 days depending on the port of destination.
Q: What is your payment items?
A: Normally we accept 30%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, pealse contact with us.
